Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) she is an English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 thanks to the catchy electro-pop songs "Starry Eyed" and Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Her soprano voice and the ability to compose catchy, but emotionally sincere songs puts her on the frontline of popular music of the present in addition to the art and indie pop scene. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a major record deal. Her debut album was scheduled for release.
