Alex Flanagan

She attended her school, the University of Arizona and Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona. Flanagan is a reporter for NFL Network as an anchor/reporter and for NBC Sports as a sideline reporter during the Notre Dame home football games and for Football Night in America. Flanagan is host of a weekly recap for Madden 10 and Madden 11 with Fran. Alex is from Sonoita, Arizona. Kevin Flanagan, a former basketball player at the University of Arizona is her husband. Both have daughters. Alex's dad owns two Arizona steakhouses: The Steak Out (located at Sonoita) as well as Dove Mountain. Flanagan started her career at KVOA-TV while a college student and news anchor. In 1998, she began covering sports. She has worked with NBC Sports NFL Network ESPN as well as Fox Sports.
