Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American performer and actress. Her fame is largely due to her theatre work, as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and vocalist most well-known for her frequent roles in a TV series That's So Raven. To promote an episode of Disneymania in 2006, van der Pol performed the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. Due to her broadway role in the role of Belle van der Pol recorded various songs featured on the soundtrack of the production, including the iconic A Change in Me.
